Main villain is 18/16/4 over about 100 hands, no other special reads. Button is a station fish, pretty bad player on the whole
EDIT: I had been playing about 22/19, hadnt shown down anything funky, hadnt had many showdowns at all actually.

Noble Poker Huron East (No DP) 2/4, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

    saw flop

    Button Button ($617.90)
    SB ($448.60)
    BB BB ($592.50)
    UTG cardshark202 ($579.40)
    UTG+1 ($320.60)
    CO ($476.40)

    Preflop: cardshark202 is UTG with Aspade.gif Kspade.gif
    cardshark202 raises to 16, 2 folds, Button calls 16, 1 fold, BB raises to 45, cardshark202 calls 33, Button calls 33.

    Flop (149) Kclub.gif 6spade.gif 6diamond.gif
BB checks, cardshark202 checks, Button checks.

    Turn (149) 4heart.gif

    why no 4bet preflop?

i hate seeing a flop 3way with AK

I call pf to keep the fish in

i'm not so sure that i want him in,especially being stuck in the middle of him and a solid enough player.

as it stands im probably calling the river, but it depends on how likely he is to try and bluff here,he's got pretty agressive stats and would surely expect you to bet a K on the flop?

he's very unlikely to have a six and i think if he has AA its just unlucky.pretty good chance he has the same hand also.

I don't mind how you played it but when a player with those stats shows so much strength on the river I don't think it will be a bluff often enough to be worth calling. Sometimes players like like go bananas though.

i'd call here. surely he bets the flop with aa/kk with the fish in the hand?

small reraise preflop, check K66r flop, heavy turn bet, gets a caller, and lamps the river too.
AK is at the bottom of his range IMO.

I pass, think you'd be calling to split tbh. And I think you will see KK a lot

I think it's more likely you see 65,76 here than AA or KK even if it does seem odd for a 18/16 to be 3-betting oop once the station calls in the middle.
Did you picked up a tell on his bet-sizing cause that raise to 49 is suspiciously small and I'd be more inclined to think it's a sc rather than a big pair.
I'd still call the river though expecting a chop as someone with an aggression factor of 4 almost never checks that flop with AA.

why let it go three way, you dont have a hand, only ak. two way is the way to go. forget the fish, you can get his money when you have a monster like aa or kk.

I think he has AK/KK/AA and only very rarely a bluff, you are probably not getting the right price.

Just realised the river is a 6. This might make him more likely to bluff but you are not even beating Kx now so I think I let it go.

wouldnt this make him less likely to bluff? Zeebo theorem etc...

With the money that's in there I think it's a call on the river more than some are saying. You are getting the correct price as it's a 320 call with around 640 in the pot if you include the possibility of QQ.

A quick pokerstove calculation shows that against a range of AA,KK,AK,66,QQ you have 56% equity so you are priced in. Of course if you take QQ out then your equity goes down to 30%. So it boils down to whether you think QQ is in his range there. As a random player I think it is, and at least as much as AA with the way it was played. I don't usually like to play for my stack without info on players in spots like this, but you have engineered that with the way you played. If it's a fold it's marginal.

he 3 bet pre and checked flop into 2 players = top set. WEll, oft times I find this to be the case.
    I 4 bet preflop alot
    I fold river.

    I'd probably four-bet preflop.
Now fold the river. I think you're calling for a split at best.

I said same ..but now i think about it - if vill had not 3 bet me much previously;I would call 50% 4 bet 50% ..
    is that bad /sub optimal!?

I don't like being stuck between these two players with A high here. BB could be attempting to isolate the fish, a re-pop might take it down preflop, which is a good result, or leave us heads up in position in a big pot with a good hand.
