Was a fellow in Galway [Brendan Dowling] that had a couple.Dunno if he is still OP. Dunno if anyone brings them in per se .
There is a crowd in the UK that does them www.trapperindustries.com
    Overpriced with Stg IMO
Would say they are one off imports.Would suggest you look at the Molot Veper 12.It is a bit easier to get on the Continent and is amore refined design for practical shooting than the Saiga.Same concept,Saiga is having delivery problems to EU.Basically they are overpricing the guns.
Here is what they can do with them in the US:) www.tromix.com

Brian Duffy said he'd get one in for you anyway, but he did mention the overpricing Clare gunner posted about. Does no one on boards own one?

What are the rules regarding them anyway? Don't they come with a 5 round magazine as standard, and can take 10 round stick and 20 round drum magazines?

Isn't this a little too awesome for Ireland? :)

No problem at the moment with them.So long as you dont go hunting with a 20 round drum.[Custom work and well expensive BTW]
Get a five shot mag and block it to three shots.Mags for the Saiga ,if you can get them ,go for on Egun around 140 euros a pop.

OTOH the Molot sells around E1200 in Germany, parts and mags are aplenty.Oh yeah, black guns are fun at flapper shoots.:D I took my combat Remmy to one here, the mumbles in the crows were fun to hear."is dat a machine gun?"" Jaysus your man must have been in Iraq." Etc.:D
