    Hey,
I bought a GPS in Maplins (AytoBe) a while back and while the maps for Dublin City and the surrounding areas are pretty good I ve been looking for the rest of the country

I ve tried the supplier but they have no updates for Ireland and I ve contacted TeleAtlas who said to contact the manufacturer.

So I now come to you guys for suggestions on how I might do this myself.

I was thinking could I use maps ment for another system or is it even possible to do so.

Could I wipe the system and install other software and maps.

    Any help would be great.

Thnks Rambo, but I ve been there. The have no support numbe rfor the UK or Ireland, I ve registed with them but there no email caontact address either.

That s why I was looking into this DIY option.
I know its my own fault buying a cheap one but if there s a way around it using a little elbow grease I d like to give it a go.
