    How is the fade effect, and motion effect in this pic done??

    I have photoshop, but only know the basics......so please give any advice in laymans english.

    Without seeing your image I'd suggest looking at the blur menu under filters. There is a motion blur option there and various zoom and whirl blurs than can give great results.

    With some masking and duplicate layers you give the illusion of movement:

    ok sorry, the pic-link should be working now.

    i think it called motion-plotting having an image of a person/object appear several times, as if they are moving across a picture

    Looks kinda like a stroboscope effect. Where the flash fires multiple times during a relatively long exposure.

    I think that there were few long exposure shots and put on each other in layers with different diffusion effects and settings. But what I could know when I don't know what is the difference between lawyer and liar... :D

    Some silouhettes are brighter than background, so it must be something with mixing the layers. I wish I could do so. But not now, I need some DRINK!!!
