just because most people on this site disagree with my omaha styles....
am i the only one to call here??
its just something that intrigues me... seems like i play omaha different to everyone else on here

no reads on the players, just on the table 2 hands and had never played with unobservable before... hesitation on turn by harry shows weakness. have played with him before and know how he plays. i know he has nothing here...
what do people think of the call???

Dunno if it's the most profitable of moves.....

Obviously he may have a four in a hand like 4556 or AA4x ds....if this is the case, you've got outs.

More likely I'd say the J gave him a better straight & flush draw and he's betting it fast. The only way I can see you winning this is by hitting one of your full house outs and hitting the straight or flush could mean big trouble.

If he's got kings or aces with clubs your outs are really cut short.

Even if you are right and he just has something like AKJ9 with clubs or whatever, if is really really had to call a river bet in this situation if the river blanks out. there is a large chance that your opponent has QQxx+, never mind TTxx or JJxx, so you should be behind a lot here, possibly drawing practically dead. I certainlky wouldn't play it this way anyhow.

I dont think you should be playing this from the SB to a raise.

ur on the table 2 hands and u have 1700$ in front of you at a $600 game? They must have been 2 good hands!!

fold, he might be bluffing but this is a bad time to make a hero call and the river will be hard to play.
