Lidl Heart Rate Monitor

I bought the EUR14.99 Heart Rate Monitor that was for sale in Lidl this week. The instructions are in Greek and Norwegian only!! Has anyone discovered how to set the training zone alarms? Or found out any other quirky operational issues?? For the price it seems like reasonable good kit. regards, mk
