Verifying a paypal seller

im thinking about purchasing something online. but before i do or do not do, i want to know is there anyway i can check the sellers trusted status on paypal? i have their email address.

I assume you mean someone on E-Bay.

If so, it is quite easy to look at the comments etc.

However if not on e-bay you will have to try and look for some trading history on google and use alot of common sence.

I asked paypal the very same question some time ago. I enquired if it is possible to determine if a particular seller is verified or not. And the answer was no!
