Didnt get something on ebay, and now 60 days has passed.

    I didnt get an item on ebay, put in a proper complaint and now cannot see how to go further. Before I had to bring it to a dispute, but I cannot see how to do this now. Also since it is past 60 days it says I cannot complain (but I did complain in the same way before the 60 days).

    60 days is bull**** anyway, cheap US post can take 3 months to arrive.

    I would rather just get the C/C company to refund me, the seller is still in full business so has money in the account, the case doesnt appear selectable in my paypal account, i.e. I cannot see a way to escalate it to a dispute. And paypal will screw me on currency exchange again if I do get it refunded that way (other than C/C)

    Before you leave negative or neutral Feedback, please take the following steps:
    Allow adequate time
    Regular domestic mail can take up to two weeks, media mail can take up to six weeks, and international mail can take even longer to deliver.
    Sellers normally won't ship an item until payment clears, which can take up to ten days.
    Many businesses are closed weekends and holidays.
    Not all buyers check eBay or their email daily. Make sure you have given your buyer enough time to respond or pay.

    So they are saying payment can take 10 days, then the guy will ship, but it can take over 6 weeks. So it can take over 52days, yet their limit for complaint is 60!, arseholes...

    call your credit card company and get them to do a chargeback.
