rechargeable battery pack

    hey guys, decided to buy a rechargeable battery pack for my wireless controller. little did i know i had to actually buy the charge station for it!
    i don't remember seeing it in game. are they freely available?? i think its called the quick charge dock??

    You can either use the dock you mentioned or get one of the play and
    charge leads
    which basically connects your gamepad to the USB port
    allowing you to use it as a wired controller whilst charging.

    Not sure you can get the play and charge lead on it's own, usually comes
    with a battery.

    Not sure you can get the dock on its own mate. But get this ... the dock comes with a rechargeable battery. So it looks like you may have 2 batterys on your hands.

    I have one by the way and they are very good. (quick Charge kit)

    Just as an aside, I actually read the instructions last on Monday putting together the wireless pack. Apparantly the controller still uses wireless signal when charging - the wire is to charge only. Could be useful to know, or maybe not. :)

    Howdy. I have some rechargeable AA batteries (2500 mAh / 1.2V).

    Am I right in thinking that 2 of these AA together would add up to 5000 mAh and would last longer than the Microsoft (4000 mAh?) battery pack?
