Just to let everyone know that they are showing Season 1 of Heroes on BBC2 on Wednesdays starting with a double bill on the 25th of July.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time but I'm sure that it will be available before then.

Wheee, I'm really looking forward to it. I've heard great things about Heroes but I've never got a chance to watch it.

Starts at 9pm. Will also be shown on the BBC HD channel if you have that.

I think there is a behind the scenes documentary on the same evening.
    Not 100% sure though.

After each episode, an episode of Heroes Unmasked will follow.

Watched this last night after only having heard very vague things about Heroes, and enjoyed it a lot - seems very good. I didn't know it was even on and was randomly flicking to try and avoid having to watch "How to Look Good Naked" with the wife, when this started. Even the wife seemed drawn into it, which is amazing, as she hates all things even with a hint of sci-fi / fantasy. This may actually be the first TV show we've seen that we can both happily watch together!

    Guys,
Does anyone know the name of the song played over the end credits of Heroes Unmasked?

Was Heroes Unmasked any good? I'll watch it later if it was. Was Hayden in it?

Does anyone know if BBC2 repeat this later in the week? I missed it and it's something I'd really like to get into. I've heard great reports.

Heroes Unmasked was pretty good - short and sweet but if you didn't see it you certainly haven't missed out on much.

I thought the Heroes Unmasked thing was a bit of a non-event, but I can understand why. If they're going to be showing short "making of" documentaries at the end of each episode, they can't really put anything interesting into the first couple for fear of spoilers. I'd say a few episodes down the line it might be good, but at the moment, there was nothing in it apart from short interviews with the actors telling us how priviledged they feel.

Also BBC3 show the next episode immediately afterwards if you don't want to wait until the following week to watch it on BBC 2 !!

*edit* meant to say that you can get BBC3 for free if you have Sky:

With your digibox turned on, press the "Services" button (near the top of the remote).

Select number 4 (System Setup), and then 4 again ("Add Channels").

In the appropriate fields enter the following (you move through the fields using the up and down arrow keys).

In the Frequency field enter: 10.773 ,

The next three fields are toggle fields, i.e. using the left and right arrows will change the value.

    Toggle Polarisation to : H
    Toggle Symbol Rate to: 22000
    Toggle FEC to : 5/6

Then select the last button - Find Channels .

After a few seconds the channels should appear. The channels on this frequency should be - BBC One London, BBC Two England, BBC News 24, BBC Four, CBBC, CBeebies, BBC Three, BBC One Northern Ireland and BBC Radio Cymru.

Use the Yellow button to place a tick beside each one you wish to store and when you've finished ticking press "Select". These channels will now be stored.

You can view them by pressing the "Services" button, then 6 ("Other Channels"), use the arrow keys to move to the channel you want and press "Select".
