Phase 1: Capture One LE - RAW workflow software

    I just got two free licenses for Phase One's Capture One RAW workflow S/W with some recent Sandisk Extreme IV memory card purchases ... I've never used Capture one LE ... it seem to be the equivalent of Elements as they have and expensive version of Capture one for €450 online ... apparently LE is worth €99 ... though I doubt this since the CF cards were not even half of this!

    Does anyone out there know / have experience of Capture one ?

    I have tried capture one pro and its a big improvement over dpp but not worth the megabucks. Apparently its the raw editor of choice for lots of hasselblad users. Which card did you get it with and from where (if you dont mind me asking) ?

    I think it was the Sandisk Extreme III 2GB SD cards ... but I'm not certain becasue I also purchased some CF cards at the same time ...

    I'm using it for about a year. It's highly rated by a lot of pros. Find it fine.

    The expensive version is quite similar in processing terms, much better batch processing and file management.

    Yeah I got the software also with a Sandisk Extreme III 2GB compactflash card from 7dayshop. Haven't used it as I'm still trying to decide whether it is better to shoot raw + jpeg or jpeg only. I'm a recent convert to DSLR and only finding my way around.
