Items not delivered - Can i get my money back

    In early June I purchased 300 euro worth of goods from a so called reputable wholesaler in the USA. I was hoping to deal with this company quite alot and just ordered a small amount first. I paid via my company credit card and awaited the shipping tracking number. 2 weeks passed and I have been emailing them and receiving replies but still no tracking number. It is now 6 weeks later - no tracking number, no delivery and now no email replies.

    Can I contact my bank or credit card company to start a chargeback against this payment and get my money returned. Or has anyone any advise on what I should do.

    Go straight to the Credit Card company.
    Let them deal with it.
