    Yes thats exactly what you need to do. Ring up Eircom or Esat or whoever is your provider and register it. You normally have to send a fax on company headed paper, it will probably take an over night to kick in.

    Nope, its pretty much the exact same setup I have here at the moment in this office except for the /exchange piece at the end.

    You'll need to register the webmail.mycompany.ie with the hosting company. Presumably, you'll then need to setup exchange (or IIS or whatever is sitting between exchange and the net) to expect this URL to appear.

    You could setup a rewrite rule to allow webmail.company.ie to transparently point to the /exchange bit.
