Banknote/Bill Counter for Car Dealership

    Hi all,

I run a mid-sized car dealership in North Dublin. We get quite a few customers paying in banknotes which as any car dealer will tell you is the best way to get paid! Anyway, we're looking for a bank note counter to speed up the process of counting through bundles of cash that arrive in from time to time.

Anyone know where I could purchase such a thing?

    John

Edit: I just ordered a note counter from http://www.airgead.ie a few minutes ago. I'll post an update when it arrives.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Most likely to be the lad in the balaclava comes in to use cash to purchase a nice shiny new car.

Then takes it to another dealer to sell on for a cheque which goes into his account nice and legally.

How much cash can you accept for a car before it becomes illegal under money laundering rules?
