NIB tracker mortgage- have they adjusted your repayment?

Having remortgaged with NIB two months ago I noticed that they failed to implement an increase in the monthly repayment in line with the most recent interest rate rise. The interest rate applicable to the mortgage has increased so if I had not spotted this I would have been financially penalised by paying additional interest on the underpayment.

I have asked them to amend this but they haven't.

I strongly feel that I shouldn't have to have pointed this out to the NIB.

Are there any regulations that they have contravened by not amending the repayment amount in the first place and even after I informed them? If so, would it be advisable to report them?
