Ryanair Dublin to Malta- Stopovers?

Hi, I'm about to book tickets on Ryanair's Dublin - Malta route and for some reason, the outgoing flight, which leaves at 0745 arrives quite a bit later at1235. Thats a long time. I did the same route a few years ago with Air Malta and it was only 2 and half hours. The incoming flight is just 3 hours, leaving 1235 arriving Dublin 1530. Does anybody know if there are stopovers along the route? There is no further information when I go through the motions of the booking. I was looking at the route map and it the arching line from Dublin to Malta passes over a small airport called Newquay in the UK. Any advice would be appreciated.

You must remember the times are local time (departure is the time it leaves Dublin, arrival is the time it arrives in Malta, in their timezone).

Hiya, I did take the time difference into account alright, but they're only 1 hour ahead of us. It still seems a bit long to me, but I could be wrong. I hope I am! I'm sure Ryanair would say if there was a stopover on the way.

Ryanair (and other I assume) usually exagerate the duration of flights , so that when you arrive the fan fare can come on over the PA and announce 'Another early arrival of a Ryanair flight, hurrah'

    Hi,
I'm maltese and live in Ireland and I flown with Airmalta before they stopped the flight to or from Dublin and always tooked me less time, now I'm flying with Ryanair and yes it is a bit longer and there is no stop overs the thing is that when I once asked one of the crew they told me they have a slot that takes longer.

    regards,
    Donald

They're quoting you a flight of 3hrs 50 mins both ways.

    Depart @ 07:45 (GMT), arrive @ 12:35 (which is 11:35 GMT) = 3hrs 50min

    Coming home:

    Depart @ 12:35 (which is 11:35 GMT), arrive at 15:30 (GMT) = 3hrs 50mins

They're adding on extra time for both flights to allow for delays plus their stupid PA recording with the annoying bugle when you land.
