    Were you sent an e-mail inviting you to the test? They sent a guide along with it.

    Not sure exactly of the order but I think there's an individual test, a group/role play exercise and an interview.

    just a test and interview for me. no role play as far as i know thank God!

    I did it once with BOS. As far as I remember it was like about 2 hours long. It consisted of 3 parts - one was to read some text and then choose the best answer to this text. For me this part was the most difficult. The second part was stastistics/maths but it wasn't very difficult, was rather logical more than for using a calculator.
    And the last part - you had some text on one page and on the other page was the same but with some typo mistakes. You had to find the mistakes in the text (tests your attention to details). Generally I must say the test was very tiring. Not extremely difficult but time was very limited and it was nearly impossible to do all the questions. I did well though ;)
