Hand 1:

If them stats were over a larger sample id probably fold as youll rarely see a 1.3 agression player 4bet all in with worse than 2 pair, them agression stats over 20 hands are useless so with no reads i guess its a call, could have the draw, TPTK or the 2 lower combo 2 pair hands your ahead of, if he has JT,Q8 a set so beit at least you have a few outs.

Hand 2:

Im assuming its $100 NL and you both have $65 left behind on the river. Pot is $70, what can he have that hell call all in for with a Flush on board. A half pot bet should get called by any 9x or Tx or possibly 77-88 and im assumming hell fold any underpair to an all in. Id say hell only call an all in with TJ+ of the hands you beat.

JJ-KK is a possibility but im sure he may have raised them somewhere from preflop to Turn. So id imagine youll get a 1/2 pot bet called at least twice as often as an all in especially on that flush board. Then again getting value is something im trying to improve so if im wrong let me know.

1: I'd call this expecting to see a horribly misplayed AA or KK, or possibly AQ.

2: Smallish bet sounds good to me, you will get called by plenty of hands you're beating. If you get raised fold obviously. I don't see the value in a shove.
