This is something I've been meaning to ask for ages.

Does anyone know the best way to make an AVI viewable on a DVD player, presuming the DVD player doesnt play AVIs...

    Thanks for any tips

Visual Hub should do the trick. But if this is for yourself and you're watching a lot of avi or divx files then you should really pick up a cheap second-hand original xbox and soft-mod it. It'll play anything and save the hassle of converting and burning.
