Long cable run for install

We're getting HD and and extra box for multi room installed on Monday. The dish will be on the corner of the house with the regular Sky box going to the nearest room with cable probably having to go along the Facia and the HD box is going in the room at the opposite end of the house, along the facia and is probably around 20 metres. What's the story with an installation like this? Will we have to pay extra because of the long cable runs? Apart from the long runs, the actuall installation should be straighforward enough. I'm going to get the phone connections done myself.

I believe I read before than 10 m of cable was standard installation [among other conditions, such as not mounting the dish on the roof]. It may depend on the installer -- ply him with tea and savouries. You're bound to bring a smile to his face by saving him the hassle of installing additional phone sockets.

The thing is, the installer is really working at his own expense where materials are concerned if it's not a standard installation.

    From www.satelliteonline.co.uk/sky_digital_faq.htm:
    What is a standard installation?

This includes fitting and aligning the Digidish & wall brackets and up to 15 metres of high quality satellite cable to feed one TV in the house. For existing Sky customers the existing cable will be used wherever possible. The installer will ensure that the TV and VCR are tuned to receive the Sky programmes, activate the Sky card (if it has arrived from Sky) and give a demonstration on the main user features.
