Discovered "away mode" for xp mce on the web last night, its a standby state where it can tape stuff without waking anyway after a lot of googling it managed to fine the exe, and enabled it on my mediacenter (pm me if ya want a copy) was not too impressed with it, it kills video and sound on the mediacenter pc so that it…

anyway after a lot of googling it managed to fine the exe, and enabled it on my mediacenter (pm me if ya want a copy)

was not too impressed with it, it kills video and sound on the mediacenter pc so that it will still download stuff, tape stuff, and be ready for an extender to connect, it would be handy as a quick way to put the pc screen to sleep, but if your watching live tv, it will keep showing and caching it (with the display off), so pc will never fall into s3 standby (which is what i was really hoping i could fool it into doing)
