Anyone having photobox quality problems?

    Hi - just got a batch of photos from photobox. I know the originals are perfect, but there's very poor colour on the prints (haloing), and they appear slightly blurred.

    I checked the cover card/photo (the one that lists the order reference and address) - this has terrible quality text also - the black lettering for the address and order ref. has a cyan halo on the top and magenta halo on the bottom - same effect I got on all the photos.

    Wondering if this is a regular thing or if I should just resubmit the print job?

    Got a bunch of prints from Photobox today and they're fine.

    as a matter of interest when did you order them? I ordered some enlargements on 11th, dispatched on the 12th and they have't arrived yet. I know that Her Majesty's postal service has had a strike ...
