Looking for a Muay Thai club, Knocklyon area

    Hi folks,

    I'm looking for a Muay Thai club around the Knocklyon area that has a good trainer. I've done a fair few different styles of martial arts over the years and this one i've always found very interesting (plus we can all agree Ong Back was a mighty film :D). I have transport so travel to surrounding areas wouldn't be a problem. The last time I trained was back in 1999 when I was 17, and in those days I was heavily into competitions but now all i'm looking for is self defence and fitness.

    Can anyone help me out?
