Where can I get my guitar painted in Dublin?

I'm looking to get a paint job on my Strat. Probably one of those ones where they fill a bucket up with different paints and they dip it in and it comes out with a really cool striped colour design. Sort of like Vai's JEM models.

Anyone here able to do it or know anywhere that'll do it?

I don't know of any places in Dublin that do that kind of finish, your best bet is to check out Sims Custom Shop in the UK. Their website is http://www.simscustom.com. :)

I saw an amazing paintjob on Sims. Really trippy acid-induced job!

Would you be able to fit the leds yourself? I don't like the idea of sending them my guitar to get them fitted.

    welcome back :)

OP, IMO I don't think you should go to the guitar workshop. Any dealings I've had with the guy haven't been reassuring. I've also heard a lot of other bad stories off people regarding his work.

SIMS Custom are very well known for their work. From what I have seen it is very high quality. I have plans to use them in the next year or so. :)
