Cant get my bike to change gears at all!!! it stays in the lowest gear constantly!!!! Anybody have any advice on how to fix this?

What gears does it have? Read up on the manufacturers website (whether it's Shimano or Campagnolo or whatever) on how to adjust them.

To be honest though, if they're not moving it all, it sounds like your cables are shot and you'll need a new set.

When you have no idea about what can cause this then I'd recommend not trying to fix it yourself, take it to your local bike shop.
