OneDayMobile - avoid like the plague

    I ordered two Creative Zens just over three weeks ago.
    One shipped. It was the only one they had in stock.
    I was charged for two.

    After weeks on their online chat on their website and getting nothing but excuses I was told that they 'couldn't refund my credit card' despite having received refunds from numerous websites before over the years.

    Very dodgy.

    And even dodgier - I tried to 'initiate' a help session with my name three times. No answer. I then started a session with a different name and it was answered straight away. Theres only one person on customer service. They were blatantly ignoring me.

    I recommend you do the same.

    I've contacted my bank and they're doing a chargeback. But it's a lot of hassle.

    yeah, ordered a mobile from them 2 years ago, paid for it and everything, never got it. they then contacted me and said that there was an error on the website and they couldn't supply me with the phone.
