    Hello,

Due to repeated mistakes with invoces and generally a poor attitude to me; thier customer (I think they forget this fact) I am looking for a company that offers the same type of serviers as CXC do.

    Can anyone suggest any alternatives?

    What were the repeated mistakes?
I'm with them and I thought they were doing my expenses wrong but they (quite quickly) told me they were correct so I never persued it.

    Cheers

Im getting hit with employers and employee's PAYE/PRSI and basically taking home about 65% of my Gross pay.Im under the umbrella company scheme they have.
They also do not seem to be able to handle different overtime rates etc and have yet to get a pay slip right, it can be out by hundreds in a month.
Plus the account manager has a bit of an attitude and she is very poor with communication.

I had an issue with CXC previously regarding something of a similar nature, but when I contacted the account managers superior directly it was quickly resolved. It might be worth your while to go over the account managers head.

Well, You will be hit with both(employers and employee's) anyway regardless of whether its CxC or any other company because its the way you are employed.

Not sure if its the same for yourself but it should be in your contract about overtime. You may need to notify them to have it agreed beforehand as i need to do this in my current position.

In Relation to the topic at hand :
Another one I've heard of is Prima but i can't vouch for there quality of service

I'm with them for the last 4 months or so and have not had any problems to date. They seem to be quite professional from what i've witnessed thus far. Is it CXC in dublin or CXC in cork you are dealing with?

Yeas, I have some friend who have had no problems and another friend how has had nightmares with them, as in they have f*ked up every pay packet and not been very accountable to this fact.
Cork and Dublin are one and the same aint they?

I found them good. They aren't aggressive on your expenses though.

    Google manximise your earnings.
