Yep - two years ago. Nice little town - good beach overlooked by an old town and castle. Lots of English and quite a few German tourists - so you have the usual bars showing Sky Sports etc, but not too many. The old part of the town is lovely with good restaurants and a few traditional-type bars. Tends to attract either older visitors or young families so it's quiet enough. It's about an hour by bus from Barcelona so be sure you check that out. If you're into hill-walking you can get a map from the tourist office of trails in the adjacent park/nature reserve - we did that an although we got caught in a thunder storm, we had a lot of fun.

Overall - quiet enough but nice. Good value in the restaurants and bars. Wouldn't go back there but only because there's lots more places that I want to see.

Here's a link to the tourist office with things to do, etc. - www.infotossa.com

    Hope this helps.
