Any idea when upc will go interactive?
This thing has being dragging on for years now and still were none the wiser!!
People are getting excited about pvr personally i would prefer it to be totally interactive!!!!!
Anybody interested in sport is losing out big time ie behind the red button..
The premership, wimbledon, horse racing ,american football, all extra features going interactive.
What do we get a half dozen channels with teletext!!!!!!!
I dont think this company is worth supporting unless we get the service we are paying for, unlike thousands out there who are paying nothing!!!!!!!

Can't see it happening tbh. If cable customers in the Uk don't have it, its unlikely to be happening here...

I was told they'd go interactive in Summer, 2003. :)

Why would Sky give UPC interactive Premiership and NFL, or interactive anything for that matter?

its not even that as BBC interactive is only available on Sky's platform. Pretty certain they'd have no problems offering that service to cable

Surely the lack of a 2 way network in most parts of the network would make interactive services difficult to provide?

Not really, Sky and the BBC do interactive via satellite and it works without a phone line connected (i.e. one way system only).
