    Just moved into a new place with Smartvision. Disappointingly, the service is pretty poor. While the interface is very fancy, the pixellated stutters, and frequent freeze ups when browsing are pretty dreadful. We're in Earlswood, and I've seen from other forums that seems to be a common problem.

    Anyone know more about this situation? Are there plans to improve the service? Is it justifiable to ask for refunds for a less than acceptable service?

    In their defence, if it was working properly, it'd be fantastic, picture quality when working is way better than ntl ever was
