    laddies... but if you already have an account you have to ring to change deposit method and wait 24 hours...

    The account also has to be empty..

    Ladbrokes, Betfair and Bwin.

    Of the above, I've only tried Ladbrokes which runs on it's own network (well, a strange arrangement between Microgaming and themselves) and Bwin look to be running on iPoker.
