No satellite signal

    Hi
    I got sky digital installed yesterday and have subscribed to the sky world package.Everything seems to be in order,except for the fact that Sky Premier ,Sky Premiere +1 and Sky Modern come up with the message "No satellite signal recieved".All the other movie channels and sports channels are fine,so I'm stumped as to why these channels aren't working.Any ideas out there?

    Could be poor dish alignment by the installer or dodgy lnb or decoder.
    Phone up who ever fitted your dish and get him back to rectify this.

    Open Services and press 4 and then 6. How are your readings there? Signal quality should be at least 50%.
