Refurbishing Victorian railings

I have two sections of Victorian railings outside my house - both about 4m long. There are pieces missing, but as far as I know I have most of the bits.
I'm trying to find someone to properly refurbish them, using the parts I still have and adding a small gate at each end so I can get into what pass as a garden for me.

This (as far as I know) may involve casting some replacement pieces based on the bits I have. I have no idea where to look for someone. Any people who do gates seem to just do new stuff - has anyone got any recommendations? I'd like it done properly rather than necessarily cheaply, though obviously both would be nice.
