Frikkin Chinee Chilli

    Half of the damn "Roast Duck Szechuan" is gone in the bin. Egg fried rice perfect, or at least, no problem so far as I can tell.

    But the main dish, had no more than six specks of duck (I frikken hope), bulked up with onions and crunchy potato and carrot and all sorts of unidentifiable colouredy things. Ok, scrimpin on the meat, cheap bas$ards, I'd leave it to experience.

    But why on GODS GREEN EARTH do they have to soak it in battery acid? Or superconcentrated chilli or what not. Is it just me or does the quality of Chinee take-away fall through the floor after hours?

    Any Chinees out there care to answer?

    The vast majority of people are sh!tfaced and won't notice the difference. One of my friends was hammered one night and came into the chipper and sat beside me and the lads. One of the lads picks up a pack of curry chips that had all sorts of food in it and was lying there for about an hour. He eat every last bit and thought it was delicious. He even thanked us for buying him food. :D

    Yeah but no. Ok I'm sh1t faced but me taste buds aren't that out of it. It was that hot I was crying and when I wipd my eye a dirty big dose of chilli poison went in and it took me ten minutes rinsing to see again. its' not right. It's wrong. WRONG. Not right at all.
