    I've finally got around to doing something with the pictures i took on honeymoon in and around Rio last October.
    i really regret not taking the camera out with me more, because i really dont think it was actually as dangerous as people made out, we met some fantastic people from the city while there and the press they get is a bit of a shame really.
    Anyway heres a couple, theres more on my flickr if you fancy a look.
    Comments always welome. I'll be adding more as the evening goes on.

    Thanks frank, im still struggling with that one, i'd like to be able to bring him out of the clouds just a little bit more but i cant seem to get it right.

    It works very well as it is. I think we are all tempted sometimes to tweak that little bit more. I'd leave it. It's excellent,

    Very nice overall.I Love the first one,very atmospheric.I would probably just crop it a tiny bit at the bottom but fantastic photo.

    Cheers everyone, ill try giving the top one a wee trim at the bottom.
    Can anyone give me some idea's on the best way to add some clouds to the blue skies?

    I'm not sure about cropping the first one. I think the dark base gives a real feeling of power and weight to the statue.
