Getting Sky Plus + Maybe Multiroom

Ok we are gettin are living room done up so wont be able to use sky for 2 weeks or so . we might get Multiroom down the other side of the house in the dining room !! . Is there any fee to install Multiroom , How quick can they come out??

We want to get the sky plus in the dining room because it makes sense to have it in that room cause the living room is used the most and we dont want 2 be always watching recorded programmes in the living room .


So Will this work do ya think ??


Also is everyones experience is it better to get an offical sky person or a contracter!!!

If you get Sky plus multiroom, then the following will apply,
€149 for Sky plus box
€0 standard box
€0 if standard installation

You will however have to pay for phone lines to be ran if long distances, usually €30 per box

So I would expect to pay approx €209 ...

Oh and currently your first months subscription would be free.

I got an installer to do my Sky+ and Multiroom. I didnt trust Sky from the bad reports on boards. Sky use Sierra and Finlays. The problem is they get so many contrats per day, they rush the job and dont give a s**t. My install cost €100.
