You know the traffic lights at the roadworks on the Hacketstown road into Carlow.(where the motorway is crossing it) Has anybody else come up to them when they are green? Just curious as I hate this scourge on my life. Why the hell won't they just finish the damn junction to minimise impact then feck off and do the rest of it?!!
