read the conditions on your cert, now ignore them!!

It means that rather than print off two or three versions of the cert for the different kinds of certs you can get, some bean counter figured they could list all the conditions that apply to different cert types on one piece of paper and then list off which ones apply. In your case, none apply, so it says NONE.
