Delivery times from HK

I usually order parts from various HK sites but my first gun purchase was a few weeks back as all my previous purchases have been done in the UK. All my other packages, usually from Redwolf, arrived within about a week, but I'm wondering if this would take longer given that it's obviously a) bigger and b) heavier. Obviously customs could mess things up too time wise but roughly how long did you lot have to wait as I'm rather anxious to try these new bad boys out

Anything that I have ordered from HK has arrived in about 5-7 working days regardless of size or weight, how long ago did you put in the order?

    well here is my experience...

    ordinary air mail: 2+ weeks

express post 5-7 working days (emphasis on working)

couriers 3-7 days (pray you dont get ups or gls, the former ALWAYS charges customs on everything, the latter only act like a shipping company)

size and weight matters not a jot, except you pay a lot more as it goes up for the faster services...

a rule of thumb is (and a guide only!) is around 30 dollars per pistol and 70 dollars per aeg for shipping.

for instance i have been waiting for over a week for something from gunner. could not understand why it was taking so long, until this morning i checked..its ordinary post. if i had know that i would not have bothered checking at all until mid next week.

    hope that helps

Well I ordered them about 2 or 3 weeks ago but one of them is was a pre-order so it wasn't posted until Monday (I think). I am aware that it wouldn't come this week but I was trying to figure out what day it may arrive next week. I have gas ordered from elsewhere too so it's more a case of trying to figure out if they'll arrive on seperate days. Deliveries to my place invariably arrive between 8.30 and 9.30 and it wouldn't be hard for me to ask for a later start in work on the day they were coming so I could be here to collect them.

I officially hate the waiting game, someone invent a teleporter that sends the order to your desk instantaneously after payment

Well if you order a photon or an atom, then it's possible.

Otherwise, you may have to wait a few more decades...

I developed one three months ago one Sunday afternoon because it was raining out and I had nothing better to do. The total weight and size of the order made absolutely no difference to the speed of delivery, nor the cost of running the machine - running cost is identical for each delivery.

It worked perfectly, and my €5.00 bag of BB's arrived within 6 seconds of Rsov accepting the order. Naturally, the total energy consumption of the teleporter device has to be charged to the recipient, but its simply a matter of substituting the running cost for the shipping fee they'd normally pay.

    Total cost of order...€37,678.00

I'm having trouble finding an airsoft retailer to invest in it for some reason.....

dude check with hongkong post if you got a tracking number. it also says somewhere on that page what type of postage it is. if it normal email...you could have another week to go or slightly more, if its express mail, you could get it today but latest by tuesday...i did have 2 weeks ago it was posted on a tuesday and it hit an post on a wednesday!!....so roll the dice and take yer chances...

my worse example was i just ordered stuff form canada and the friggen moron put it on a boat!!! we are talking a month to get it...and all that for about an extra 15 dollas i could have had it next week...fecken muppet...still i didnt ask him i just assumed the world was air mobile now...guess the canucks aint..so consider yourself lucky it aint on a slow boat from china...

Decades??? But that could be longer than I'm going to have to wait this time! If I had to wait decades and pay extortionate prices I'd order from Wolf Armouries

If you read the name of the thread it actually says "no discussion" so I wouldn't be too surprised. Besides, if there was going to be discussion about any picture it was going to be about yours truly, Mr. Airsoft 2007.
