Cutting a piece of aluminum

I'm looking to source and get a piece of aluminum bent and cut - it's going to be flat for the most part, but the edges need to be trimmed down to make them less sharp and a couple of holes need to be drilled. Any ideas where I would get something like this done or made? I'd do it myself but I don't have either the tools…

I can supply accurate drawings with measurements too.
