Holiday suggestions

I'm looking for suggestions on where to go for a week, flying out July 21st, back 28th (give or take a day either way), we were hoping for a sun holiday and doing it on the cheap, unfortunately that week is rather expensive unless ya wanna go to Morocco (which we don't).

We're on a budget of €500 each for flights and accommodation, we've all but given up on the holiday resort option so now we're thinking a city break, which seem to be more affordable.

All we want is sun and relaxation, any suggestions?
