how to lock pc clock

hi,
Looking for a free program to lock the pc clock.
I have put a time limit on the router to allow the internet from 9am to midnight.But the kids are changing the clock to get past it

What OS are you using, if it's some class of Windoze, then take any admin rights from the kids.

Timer switch for the router and put both in a press / cupboard / room with a lock.

Basically reiterating what was mentioned earlier but if your kids have access to admin level accounts then any other restrictions/applications are pointless they can and will find a way around them.

K9 web protection is a free internet filtering & access control program provided by Blue Coat http://www.k9webprotection.com/ which is designed to block access to unsavoury websites and allows you to decide when your kids have access to the internet.

I've installed it on our 'family' pc (running win xp) which has 3 user profiles, 1) mine 2) wife 3) kids.
1 & 2 are set as Admin accounts & 3 is limited access,

This is how it works:
Install k9 whilst logged in under one of your admin accounts
Set up your k9 Admin password
Set up the access time
No icon shows up in the other accounts
When someone tries to access the web the K9 dog will bark to alert u
