    Hi All,

I'm quite new to Voip, i've signed up for blueface and its working quite well...

    2 quick questions:-

I use eircom broadband DSL in work and home, and it takes a long time to place a call, typically 30 seconds or so.... I was up north a week ago, and was using a BT DSL connection and the calls seemed to be connecting in 4 or 5 seconds.... is it possible that eircom are doing something to put people off using Voip??

Are there any issues with having 2 SIP devices logged into the same blueface account? (it this possible, or does one get booted off?) I was going to buy a SIP phone for the office and leave it on all the time... when i'm at home i would have the laptop on with a SIP client running.. when a call comes in would both phones ring??

Q1 - What do you think ?

Q2 - Better run that one by Aaron at the Blueface Forum, which you may join as you are an account holder.

Q1 If you press the # key after dialling the number but before pressing the dial button the call will connect immediately.

Q2 To have two or more devices logged into a single blueface account you need to log into your PABX GUI on http://www.blueface.ie and set up a second login, then use this login on the second device.
