ISEQ liquidity and volume

hi to all i spread-bet on US and UK markets but haven't taken any spread bets before with ISEQ/IEX securities underlying the bet. My main reasons were a) Just flicking through the Goodbody's price board, there seem to be an awful lot of stocks posting 'no change' which would lead to beleive that the market is very illiquid…

hi to all
i spread-bet on US and UK markets but haven't taken any spread bets before with ISEQ/IEX securities underlying the bet. My main reasons were

a) Just flicking through the Goodbody's price board, there seem to be an awful lot of stocks posting 'no change' which would lead to beleive that the market is very illiquid

b) I can't see volume/liquidity in anything besides maybe the financials, consrtuction, Grafton, etc.

I know it's only a tiny exchange but with i can't seem to find an unknown bargain value share, at least not one which has any market activity!

anyone have similar experience trading ISEQ issues?
