    Hi all, looking for a holiday in the sun with girlfriend, we're late twenties, no kids, looking have been to ibiza, (good times), majorca (seemed a tacky dump (imo)) open to suggestions, Had been looking at lanzarote, (peurto del carmen) seemed good, but beginning to notice it's a bit, I dunno, quiet and family orientated? Doesn't seem to be advertising it as a young peoples place anyway! Maybe I don't count as young anymore!!! Could save lanzarote for a few years time, and go somewhere else now, is my feeling, if it is like this..

    Anyone of a similar situation have an opinion? Have been finding it hard to get an unbiased lowdown on the areas in general, more what each hotel was like.. (tripadvisor) Good nightlife, something to do during the day when we're sick of lying around in the sun :) relatively low scum count.... I don't ask for much!!

    I think there's one or two greece hols up at around the same time, turkey too..
    Our holibobs are in your hands people!!
