Laptop cursor error

    after a few minutes of use cursor goes mad my laptop which i bought of adverts from Smithers who i asked for a refunded is not answering his phone
    surprise surprise :mad:

    is there is there anyway to solve this

    without tracking Smithers down :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
