More upgrade headaches!!

    Finally got my old barrel off the TM M16A2, and slid the new Guarder reinforced outer barrel into my new CA receiver to find that it doesn't fit!!:mad:
    It jams up about an eighth of an inch (that's 3.17mm for you metric types:D )
    from being fully seated. It looks like the end of the barrel is just a hair too fat or the hole is just a hair too small - should I break out the file or sandpaper or what?
    I don't have much hair to pull out over this - help!!:confused:

    can you post a pic of the problem?

    from what you've said i'd probably just get some emery paper out, although tape off the bit you dont want to sand so that the paint doesnt get damaged.

    You can see the space I'm talking about just to the right of the threads on the receiver. It should sit flush.
