Buying in the USA Christies Estates

Hi all,

Has anyone any experience with dealing with Christies Estates, I was hoping to get in to see a guy on friday about this

Thing is they look more expensive then other properties in that area, was hoping to go to NY and meet up with people on the ground, anyone any experience with buying over there ? anything at all to add would be great, as I have only spoken to "sales" people and could do with some real advice.

You should read a blog by Mike Shedlock (Mish) if you seach google he comes up 1 or 2 , he reports a lot on the US housing market in particular Florida. To be honest I think the market has a long way to fall from here. The subprime/CDO debacle has only just started
