Iomega Hard Drive - No support

Hi,

I recently bought a Iomega hard drive directly from there website, received the hard drive without issue, it is a Multimedia Hard Drive (i.e. you can plug it into your TV to view movies, picture, listen to music etc) that comes with a remote, the remote stopped working and I could not move around the menus. I am still under warranty however I asked the question on the iomega forum and they wrote back saying

''It is possible that it might be hanging up due to a large number of files being populated into the media server. If you can, reduce the number of files on the drive and see if the problem goes away.''

Now my hard drive is only 1/4 full of 500gb HD and the whole point of hard drive is that you can store files?

I wrote to their e-mail support and they said they get back in 24 hours, but they have yet to do this (I wrote it 3 days ago)...I basically asked how do I send the product back for replacement or refund as the product is under warranty and does not work as described.....

I doubt I will get very far with these guys, but what are my rights and who do I contact to report Iomega....their phone support charge you 20 euro per ticket raised, so I can't speak to anyone their...?

Cheers, I'll give them a shot....I got a reply and they want me to phone their technical support....which costs 20 euro to log a ticket!!!!
