Hey ya'll the anti-reversal latch in my mp7 gearbox managed to break somehow ,its made out of some shoddy cast iron and its not fixable so ill be needing to find one somewere. Ofcourse being an mp7 spare parts are quite hard if nigh impossible to find and normal Aeg parts arent going to work but perhaps other Aep bits might?
Anyway if anyone knows were would be a good place to look or if ya find someone selling a borked Aep or something give us a shout
    cheers
God damned Wellfire i knew they were the worst of the bunch

For a quick fix remove the anti reversal latch completly until you can get a spare.

    There not 100% necesary.

didnt think it would be but it seems to effect how the gun is firing, ill triple check that nothing else is amiss aswell.

from what i can gather the anti reversal switch in the tm model is also used to increase pressure in the mp7...that may account for the power drop..

Dont see how? All the antireversal latch does is is stop the geard from going foreward.

hmmm well once assembled and test fired the gearbox makes a fairly normal noise [its still strange] but the piston doesnt move at all so maybe your right about that pressure increase thing

the anti-reversal latch in an aep-style gearbox does a bit more than in your average gearbox from what i remember, although it's been a while since i looked at the gearbox in my glock

scope: from what i remember wgcshop tend to stock alot of parts you wouldn't normally find elsewhere, cant find one on their website but try emailing them maybe?... or failing that, Hagakure_irl said he's off to hong kong, you could ask him nicely to have a look for parts while he's drooling over all the airsoft goodness over there?

scope if the tm gearbox fits...it might be worth replacing...it still might work out a lot cheaper then buying one originally.
